Project Destined

ACRE Bridge Program Fellow

March - April 2023 • New York City, NY

What I liked

Project Destined is an amazing program that I have been lucky to be a part of since August of 2022, first starting off as a CRE intern in the Fall rotation with CP Capital. I have been lucky to meet amazing peers and mentors. The structure of this bridge program was awesome, we truly learned a lot of informative and key things. The people we got to meet were great at giving advice personally and career wise.

What I wish was different

Honestly, nothing! I am happy that I was a part of this experience and gained this opportunity to add more successful and kind individuals to my network. I also got to meet the coolest PD students and I loved learning with the other fellows.

Advice

My advice to anyone joining Project Destined is just to soak it all in! Make time to network with your fellows, colleagues, or other interns on your team. It truly does make a difference and I am so happy that this program gave me the opportunity to keep growing personally and career-wise as well! Thank you Project Destined!
