I liked how they always had assignments for me to do with clear instructions and facilitation.
What I wish was different
I wished I would've been able to meet more of the staff. Since it was remote I was not able to meet as many people as I would've liked.
Advice
Use your alumni connections as much as you can. This is what helped me get my foot in the door. Also, be open to any project they might give you, it could open more work opportunities in the future.
