Job Details: 

  • Location:  Corcoran, CA
  • Compensation:  $322,400 yearly compensation estimate ($155/hr X $2080 hours a year), $26,866 a month on average, working 40 hours a week
  • Bonus:  $3,000 Starting Bonus (paid over a 3-month period)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as Clinician-of-the-Day, providing on-call support for patient emergencies. 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care. 
  • Conduct initial mental health evaluations, including criminal, psychological, and substance abuse assessments, to develop tailored treatment recommendations. 
  • Perform suicide risk evaluations, crisis interventions, and individual/group psychotherapy sessions. 
  • Diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders, creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans. 
  • Administer and interpret psychological tests, documenting findings in comprehensive clinical reports. 
  • Provide consultation on complex cases, supporting healthcare personnel in patient management. 
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain ethical standards in all aspects of treatment. 
  • Conduct mental status exams, analyze medical and psychological records, and contribute to rehabilitation programs. 

Requirements: 

  • Active CA Psychologist License (PSY License) 
  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology (Required) 
  • Minimum 12 months of continuous experience within the past 3 years performing similar services 
  • Three professional references
