About the Role
We are Aqua Insights, an AI-platform leveraging sentiment analysis for smarter investing. We are seeking a talented and motivated UX Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience creating and improving user experiences for websites, software, and other digital products. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions that prioritize user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities
As a UX Design Intern, you will:

  • Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs and motivations of users.
  • Design: Create user personas, user stories, wireframes, and other resources to capture user needs.
  • Prototype: Use design tools to create mockups and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
  • Test: Perform usability tests to ensure designs meet user and client requirements.
  • Analyze: Review user feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and team members to refine the user experience.
  • Communicate: Provide guidance, insights, and feedback during the design process.
  • Report: Document and present design activities and findings.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for creating seamless and impactful user experiences.
  • A portfolio showcasing UX design work (academic, personal, or professional).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience is preferred, as well as a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, including working with sensitive and proprietary data or code.
