Job Description and Duties 

Actual assigned duties will be assigned commensurate with the selected candidate's skill level. Under the direction of the Senior Land Surveyor, the incumbent will perform professional-level work of moderate complexity. This includes determining property boundaries, preparing deeds and maps, and utilizing computer-aided design and mapping (CAD/CAM) systems for calculations and map production. The incumbent will maintain accurate title records, reports, vesting documents, and other related documentation. Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), specifically ESRI products, is beneficial for mapping and coordination with other staff.
