Interested in a career in the customer service field? We are hiring for  Customer Service Representative USAJOBS - Job Announcement in Hutchinson, KS! This position starts at the GS 5-7 grade levels with career ladder promotions to the GS 8 grade level.

As a Customer Service Representative,  you will be responsible for providing the public with information about SSA's programs and services, reviewing and evaluating information to determine eligibility for the benefits SSA administers, and updating records using SSA's computer systems.
