We are looking to hire a part-time temporary Behavioral Health Outside Sales Intern for ProjectMe! ProjectMe provides virtual and hybrid 1:1 mental health counseling services in Arizona. Job Type: Part-time temporary internship for either Summer 2024 and/or Fall 2024 (or a combination of both). We are flexible on start and end dates. This is a in-person position. There will be potential for this to become a permanent position. 

Hours: You will complete 15-25 hours/week (schedule is flexible, but hours will have to be completed between 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday). Hours will be discussed in next steps.

Pay: $15.00/hour

Location: On-site and on-the-road in Phoenix, AZ. You will be based at our Midtown Phoenix Clinic (for training and admin duties): 337 E Coronado Rd #201, Phoenix, AZ, 85004. For when you are not doing training/admin duties, you will be traveling across the Greater Phoenix area (on-the-road) and connect with prospective referral sources.

Must be in the Phoenix, Arizona area to be considered. 

JOB SUMMARY

ProjectMe is Arizona’s premier in-clinic and virtual behavioral health program, offering therapy services to clients either in-person or remotely via smart devices from the comfort of their homes or offices. As an Outside Sales Intern, your primary objective is to generate referrals and foster growth within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, cultivating enduring relationships with various providers and their staff, coordinating marketing activities, and employing a consultative sales approach.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Make daily calls to prospective referral sources
  • Develop strong relationships with referral sources and support staff in the area
  • Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees
  • Drive referral and evaluation growth in your assigned territory
  • Communicate effective marketing information to referral sources and maintain records
  • Participate in market and competitive analysis as needed
  • Drive brand awareness by coordinating marketing activities
  • Development of campaigns and overseeing promotional events
  • Develop and maintain accurate, current database of industry contacts for mailings
  • Prepare reports regarding sales activity as requested
  • Participate in sales trainings as needed
  • Use and maintain data in CRM system
  • Comply with Recovia’s standards of operations and adhere to Core Values of the Company.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of B2B sales or Healthcare experience
  • Current and valid state driver’s license required
  • Must comply with Recovia’s driver insurance minimums per Recovia policy
  • Ability for innovation, problem solving, creativeness, laughter, flexibility, and having fun.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
  • Personable, charismatic personality
  • Excellent in-person and virtual communication skills
