Sales Intern Fall 2024

Are you a college senior sales/marketing student that is interested in learning more about becoming a niche salesperson while working with high-end clients? If that’s the case, our firm has a unique, comprehensive internship unlike any other.

Four Quadrants Advisory Companies, the nation’s foremost financial advisory company for the dental industry, is hiring a Sales Intern (full or part-time basis) for the Fall to add to our cutting-edge team. As part of our rapidly growing, fast paced company, you will be provided the opportunity to experience various aspects of sales within a niche industry. This is a paid position meant to identify an individual looking to gain experience in the niche industry and gain the skills necessary to ultimately become a full time employee upon graduation.

  • Familiarity with Sandler sales processes preferred
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary

Duties and Responsibilities include

  • Working with their manager or a sales representative to complete assign tasks
  • Attending meetings and events to observe and learn
  • Updating sales records and documents accurately
  • Observing how to close deals in the sales process
  • Communicating with vendors and clients at the manager’s request
  • Conducting research and collating data
  • Assessing whether sales targets are met
  • Taking notes on what they learn while on the job
  • Researching/contacting national dental organizations to arrange targeted speaking events to bolster leads
  • Resourcefulness to identify industry key influencers/meetings and utilize these connections to your benefit
  • Identify hunting/prospecting opportunities
  • Connect with, qualify, and guide dental prospects through the the sales cycle
  • Accompany sales team on speaking engagements & trade shows nationwide
  • Following up on various marketing materials & inbound leads
  • Utilization of sales data/reports via CRM software
  • Conducting part of the sales process via the telephone
  • Communicating directly with inbound leads provided by company

Requirements

  • Senior year or recent graduate student ideally in sales or related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Interest in becoming a professional sales representative is highly coveted
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Mac experience preferred
  • Multitasking ability necessary
  • Professional appearance a must (business professional when clients in office)
  • Must have a desire to work in a youthful, fast-paced work environment and unique corporate culture
  • Must be willing to work on site, this is not a remote position
  • Social media selling experience helpful
