About the Position:

Under the direction of the Human Resources Branch Chief (Staff Services Manager I), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will independently provide consultation to supervisors and managers on position allocation, civil service merit principles, hiring, recruitment, selection, and other Human Resources (HR) matters. The Human Resources Support Analyst will independently analyze issues, reason logically and creatively, develop a course of action, and make recommendations to meet customer needs while performing a variety of human resource responsibilities. The incumbent will support and promote a positive work environment and productive relationships with all staff and the public in an ethical and professional manner. The incumbent is also expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
