About the Position:

Under the general direction of the Program Project Management (PPM) Program Manager, a Staff Services Manager II, the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) provides leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff responsible for project delivery and accountability activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for directing and overseeing the activities of administrative and support staff for training, and other administrative functions as required. The incumbent, independently or in a team environment, guides staff to research and analyze data for reports and special projects. The incumbent is required to represent the division and district on committees related to project delivery.
