Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and analytical rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college to join our team as a Private Equity Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of private equity, working alongside our seasoned professionals on various stages of the investment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry and market research to identify potential investment opportunities
- Spearhead the identification and evaluation of potential investments
- Participate in due diligence efforts
- Collaborate with the investment team to prepare investment memos
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and emerging market developments to inform investment decisions
Qualifications:
- Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
- Strong academic record
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to being in-office 3 days per week with us in New York City
