Organizational Psychology Intern
This position is skills development experiential internship. Student will be working with our HR team leader and our president as well as a cross discipline of other majors. It's a project based internship.
Projects are assigned based on the career goals of the student. The projects may include:
- Assist and access screening A team from B team candidate and current teammates
- Assist with other screening tools for pre-recruiting considerations
- Wellness plan review and assessment
- Works on teammate handbook
- Review of mission/values and identifying what traits candidates should possess to support mission and values
- Assist with establishing Happiness & mental health action plan
- Helps with establishing KPI's for corporate wellness
- Assesses training program for team leaders to identify red flags in teammates behavior
- Works on HR team projects that give transferable skills and building blocks towards career goals
