Project Administrator - Summer Intern

Summary

The EPMO Intern is a member of the Commercial PMO (CPMO), which is part of the Enterprise Project Management Office. The duties of this position are to assist the EPMO team with coordination of information, data, and reporting. The position requires the ability to support multiple team members at the same time, be flexible to changing needs, be competent with computer skills, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

 

Job Details

  • Location:  In office. Located in Indianapolis IN
  • Flexible Schedule.  24-30 hours a week. Mon-Thurs
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. IMG will not be providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.


 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Director and a team of project managers by completing assigned tasks
  • Review project data and documentation to identify where EPMO standards are not being met
  • Collaborate with EPMO team members on implementing process improvements
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication as needed including project meetings, emails, and documentation
  • Attend project meetings in order to scribe and distribute meeting minutes
  • Participate in team meetings


 

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in post-secondary degree institution working toward a degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications or similar: Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Word
