Aquatics Supervisor

SUMMARY: 

A Seasonal Supervisors help to oversee operations of assigned pools. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of aquatic facilities. The Supervisor will work closely with pool managers and lifeguard staff to ensure that all team members have the support they need to be successful. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work with the Regional Director to develop and implement a plan for each facility. 
• Ensure that policies and operational procedures are being followed.
• Provide customer service and ensure that customer request and expectations are being met. 
• Provide training, supervision and direction to Pool Managers, Pool Attendants and Lifeguards.
• Ensure that company safety protocols are being followed by staff members. 
• Provide facility and equipment safety inspections, staff safety training, so local Health Department, DOL and OSHA requirements are being met.
• Promote and enforce the rules and regulations of the facility.
• Attend and successfully complete any trainings, audits, or meetings as scheduled.
• Communicate with leadership structure if any maintenance items need attention.
• Provide and delegate general facility maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Promote team bonding and inclusion at each facility.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Work with pool managers and lifeguard teams to ensure all shifts are covered at each facility.

Hours: 

30-40 hours per week

Certification/License:

              Driver’s License - required

              American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification –currently certified or willing to obtain certification
