Join our LCFS Home Based Therapist Team! (Starting $31/hour)

Summary: We're on a mission to provide comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency services. As a Home Based Therapist, you'll make a real impact by offering therapy, crisis intervention, and support to individuals and families. Our team focuses on the East side of Marion County, Hamilton County, Hancock County, & Shelby County.

Primary Functions:

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments in various settings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to enhance functioning.
  • Provide effective mental health interventions, mainly in homes and communities.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic treatment.
  • Link clients to community resources and services.
  • Develop and implement treatment discharge plans.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement efforts.
  • Engage in professional development and education.
  • Train clients in activities of daily living for improved community functioning.
  • Provide transportation as needed.
  • Offer psychological first aid in response to critical incidents.

Requirements for Consideration:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
  • Two (2) years of mental health treatment experience.
  • Required Certifications/Licensures: Valid Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) by Health Professions Bureau, Current Indiana Driver's License.
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Background screening clearance.
  • No felony convictions or offenses involving a dependent population.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical.
  • Knowledge of or readiness to learn strengths-oriented Recovery and Resiliency Models.

Working Environment:

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, & holidays when necessary.
  • Use of personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement) for client visits.
