The Role
Accounting interns at Slattery & Holman will team up with a mentor and experience a wide variety of the services we provide while developing a skill set that is directly applicable to their current educational program. Our internship is project-based, with the intern assisting in some or all stages of engagements. We are seeking an intern who has a strong desire to learn how to effectively and efficiently prepare tax returns, along with serving as part of a trusted advisory team to guide our client's business and financial decisions.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
- 3.5 GPA overall
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong desire to learn, assist, and grow in a team environment
- Propensity to learn and navigate the software used throughout the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
