Digital Project Manager - (12-18 month project. Benefits eligible)

 

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or digital marketing or other degree with relevant experience required.
  • 5 years of digital marketing experience required.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software such as Marketo or Eloqua required.
  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once required.
  • Experience with marketing automation including email campaign management, sales lead generation and multi-channel marketing list management, segmentation, and demographics required.
  • Experience creating and interpreting reporting and analytics required. Google Analytics experience preferred. 
  • Prior experience in the marketing of investment management products preferred.
  • Experience with a content management system as well as HTML preferred.

MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Manage strategic initiatives to develop, evaluate and deliver content and features through various digital marketing mediums.  Identify key decisions and risks to facilitate their solutions.
  • Identify and consider opportunities to enhance the client journey from a digital and firm perspective.
  • Oversee web enhancement projects as requested.      Consider user analysis, brand standards, compliance requirements, regulatory issues and integrations as strategy is developed.
  • Assist with the development and day-to-day execution of Federated Hermes’ marketing automation efforts including email campaign management, sales lead generation and multi-channel marketing.  Help identify and implement best practices within marketing automation tool and for integration/sync into CRM. 
  • Utilize knowledge of digital technology to organize and execute work with technical and business teams. 
  • Create reports detailing efforts of various digital campaigns. Analyze results and present recommendations for specific actions based on the trends identified in these reports with input from managers.
  • Understand compliance responsibilities with respect to content and design review and takes steps to assure that projects are appropriately reviewed and approved.
  • Maintain accurate project records and document metrics.
  • Work on cross-functional teams to translate client needs to digital solutions while ensuring that brand standards are employed across digital outputs.
  • Complete post project team reviews and analysis. Periodically survey (informally or formally) internal and external users on what is working, what isn’t and to develop enhancements.
  • Pursue and analyze internal client feedback, market research, and other strategic input and assure its communication to all team members and to the client(s).
  • Assist managers, as requested, in research to draft plans and proposals to reflect the agreed-upon department and team goals and strategies.

HOURS/LOCATION:  

 

  • 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)
  • Federated Hermes Tower, Pittsburgh, PA  15222 
  • Hybrid Location (In-office/Remote)

  • This is a temporary, benefits eligible role estimated to last 12 – 18 months.
