Requirements

Juris Doctorate degree licensed and admitted to Pennsylvania Bar or has taken Pennsylvania bar examination.  At least three years of experience as a criminal defense attorney required, preferably as a public defender, or other legal experience as deemed transferrable in the discretion of the Chief Public Defender.
