About the Position:

Will consider hiring into the Transportation Planner.

As a member of the Office of Local Civil Compliance and under the general direction of the Branch Chief of Local Civil Compliance Data Management, a Senior Transportation Planner, the Incumbent serves as a Local Civil Rights Coordinator. The Incumbent is responsible for preparing, administering and monitoring the Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), Title VI , and ADA programs. The Incumbent will independently perform complex technical research and analytical work utilizing various data sources related to DBE, Title VI, and ADA. Tasks include developing reporting, guidance, training, monitoring and enforcing the programs to ensure adherence to the federal requirement. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for the continued improvement, development, and implementation of policies, programs, and reporting to comply with Federal and State laws related to these programs.
