- An FQHC-LA does not turn patients away based on their ability to pay and removes financial barriers for receiving care. FQHC-LAs provide whole-person care, creating opportunities for the health center to go beyond the traditional four walls of medicine to address barriers that often are the root cause of poor health.
- VHP being a nonprofit organization - participation in National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Programs.
- The practice will be a new renovated site with all new state of the art equipment to provide both Optometry and Ophthalmology services.

Job Qualifications:
- A network Champion for the underserved with a passion for Optometry
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- A Current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
- New Grads will be considered
- J-1 Sponsorship available
- Bilingual is preferred (Spanish or Arabic, specifically)
