Concession Supervisor at Spectrum Center Arena
We are the official premium food and beverage provider at Bank of America Stadium and Spectrum Center Arena.
Job Summary: Performs core duties and responsibilities to the highest standards according to Levy Core Signatures while enhancing the guest/fan experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations to ensure compliance to Levy Concession Core Signatures
- Provides direction and the tools so team members can perform their job duties accordingly
- Acts as a guest/fan ambassador and addresses guest/fan feedback accordingly
- Partners with concessions leadership to enhance the guest/fan experience while providing a safe and sanitary work environment for team members
- Supports internal and external Levy departments/locations as needed
- Performs additional duties when assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in food & beverage operations or event management
- Must be 18 or older to apply
- Must live or be able to relocate to Charlotte, NC
