LSS Holdings is seeking an IT Intern, whose primary focus will be providing assistance in computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software) and helpdesk support. This individual will perform information technology support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services. The IT Intern will assist others in the operation of cell phones, computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve desired results. The individual in this role will utilize computer equipment, software and diagnostic tools to perform a broad range of duties.  

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides assistance in the use of cell phones and computer hardware and software. 
  • Helps set up and configure cell phones, desktop computers, peripherals and accounts. 
  • Tests programs and may troubleshoot minor issues. 
  • Administers user accounts.
  • Helps maintain inventory record.

 

As an Information Technology Intern for this position, you will need:

 

  • Education: High school graduate and some college coursework with data processing training and computer operations training

Skills and Experience: One or more years of related experience with computers and providing customer service in a technological environment. Some level of knowledge of software, programming languages, and operation systems
