Application Requirements

Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher 

     *Students with a GPA of 2.5 - 3.19 will be considered, but may have to complete additional steps throughout the application process. 

Demonstration of leadership and/or impactful experiences during college career

Strong interest in entrepreneurial business and/or organizational leadership

Expected graduation December 2023 or May 2024 with any undergraduate major

Authorization to work in the US, without the need of sponsorship or work visa at any point now or in the future.

Business Leader Speaker Series

An Orr Fellow favorite! Business leaders are invited from varied industries and backgrounds for an intimate chat with Orr Fellowship to share stories and lessons from their career journey, followed by Q&A. Paired with Monthly Meetings or a stand-alone event.

Non-Profit Consulting

Orr Fellows have the opportunity to directly impact the Indianapolis community by supporting local mission-driven organizations through this project-based engagement with select non-profits. Teams of Fellows connect with leaders of non-profits to solve specific problems, uncover solutions, and present findings to the organizations.

Pitch & Case Competitions Pitch

Pitch original business ideas individually, or with a team and receive feedback from Indianapolis entrepreneurial experts! Evaluate real business cases looking for real-world solutions and present suggested plans-of-action to that organization's leaders. Stand-out participants will names for each competition!

Leadership Training by Advisa

Stay motivated, engaged, and curious as you explore facets of intentional leadership through a customized course with Indy-based consultency, Advisa. Experts in leadership and culture effectiveness, Advisa has customized an early-career growth journey built specifically for Orr Fellows, advancing competency in business, leadership foundations, characteristics of effective teams, and strategic decision-making.
