YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
- Assist Digital Marketing Manager with the execution of the marketing plan including:
- Building marketing automated campaigns aligned with customer journey paths with a clear focus on KPIs and optimization
- Assisting with the coordination of web content updates for the Americas region, with SEO/SEM in the loop
- Collecting customer insights through data analysis, proposing campaigns that address content needs, and providing recommendations to the sales and marketing teams to approach customer interactions.
- Analyzing social media calendar and finding opportunities to optimize customer interaction, lead generation, and lead conversion.
- Tracking competitor landscape and industry developments as key inputs to assess digital marketing opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Assists the sales and marketing team in various day-to-day activities including data clean up, analytics, and other digital marketing activities as needed.
- Work on a marketing project, presenting findings to the leadership team, share in your "Aha!" moments, and the business implications

Required Qualifications:
- Completed at least three years of undergraduate degree in a business-related field with emphasis on marketing or related fields. MBA Student is encouraged.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with social media, website UX/UI, marketing automation, Hubspot CRM, and email marketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated modeling and analytical skills involving gleaning insights from the manipulation of large, sometimes unstructured datasets or databases.
- A degree of sophistication in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in preparing, delivering, and modifying presentations.
- Ability to work independently and against timelines.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
