Paralegal

Goldstein & McClintock LLLP, a boutique corporate law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified paralegal in G&M's Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have superior academic credentials and will be a first year graduate.

The position entails about 50% corporate bankruptcy/restructuring, and 50% other areas (corporate, finance, litigation, etc.). Corporate restructuring is a healthy mix of transactional and litigation work, with exposure to many other practice areas.
