OUR PRODUCT - HUTOUCH
We are working to build an AI assistant for device users to help them automate repetitive tasks. It's a $23B industry waiting to be disrupted through a limited memory AI and HuTouch is the answer to that.
Job requirements
HuTouch needs a digital marketing & sales intern, specifically to help acquire new accounts/target audience and build a brand following. Below are the PRIMARY goals:
1. Market research to uncover the best distribution channels for HuTouch
2. Customer persona creation that highlights interests, habit forming behavior and buying journey
3. Cold call decision makers at colleges/student organizations and talent market places (US & India) to create leads
4. Manage relationships and convert leads to accounts.
5. Create (posts & landing page) and coordinate awareness campaigns for our target audience within accounts
6. Work through the micro loops/sales funnel to acquire target audience (email and social media marketing)
7. Build brand by converting users to brand ambassadors.
8. Roll out a referral process/program to acquire new users
9. Capture data and success parameters that led to a healthy customer acquisition, retention & referral process
Here are a few tasks that will be required on the internship:
- Most importantly, understand the customer’s problem we are solving through HuTouch
- Provide regular (daily & weekly) status on tasks and clearly articulate any showstoppers
Skills required
1. Knowledge of:
a. Email, Social media marketing, SEO
b. Competitive research for marketing
c. Sales loops to close deals with target audience and stakeholders
d. Customer relationship management
2. Clearly communicate via creative for readers to understand.
3. Deliver on your commitment. Valid reasons are accepted but only if you bring forth a plan of action
4. Share the vision of the company.
