Sales Development Representative Manager

Attention all college students! Are you ready for a hands-on leadership experience in sales management? Skyepack is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to lead our team of SDR interns for the 2023-2024 school year.

As our SDR Manager, you will work closely with our team to design and implement sales strategies that drive productivity and enable our team to work smarter. You'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership and organizational skills, while helping our team of SDR interns grow professionally and achieve company-wide sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and organize SDR sales team
  • Serve as a primary channel of communication between full-time sales representatives and SDR interns
  • Enhance sales productivity by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
  • Develop individual SDR weekly schedules
  • Create and carry-out weekly, monthly, quarterly training exercises for SDRs
  • Track each team member's progress and optimize for Answer Rate & Win Rate
  • Create and carry-out incentives and competitions
  • Monitor and analyze team performance using sales call reports
  • Organize and assign lists of prospects for SDRs

Ideal Candidates will Have:
  • 1-2 years of college education
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university
  • Interest in entering Sales or Management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Google, Microsoft, or other processing software knowledge
  • Willingness to learn
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
