JD 219 Salesforce Administrator Intern

Job Summary: Salesforce Administrator to improve data quality, system performance and operational workflows for a leading ELISA manufacturing company.

Essential Functions:
·        Assist with Salesforce Admin requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups across our sales, support, operations, and marketing teams.
·        Support the tracking and reporting of Salesforce feature requests and the development of new initiatives.
·        Maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, and formula fields.
·        Monitor integrated systems for data irregularities and errors.
·        Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for processes, policies, and application configuration.
·        Support other cross-functional Sales and Marketing analytics projects with respect to reporting and data integrity.
·        Identify Salesforce usage problems and develop technical solutions.
·        Other duties as assigned.
 
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Minimum Qualifications / Education: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Recent graduate or current student studying IT/computer Science or related field preferred. Ability to work 2-3 days per week/up to 8 hours per day (hours and days to be determined by manager). Trailhead badges on Admin and Sales modules a plus.
Computer Skills: Practical knowledge of Salesforce systems/Trailhead Platform, and/or other CRM’s; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Outlook.
Work Environment: Office, may spend some time on production or warehouse floor.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to meet National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) Standards.
