The Do It Best HR Team is looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR department with retention and recruitment efforts. The HR Intern's responsibilities include helping identify core competencies for Do it Best Corp., modernizing job descriptions, completion of projects, initiating post-offer background checks, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR processes. Ultimately, a successful HR Intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills. This is a temporary position (approximately 10-12 weeks) that will be paid on an hourly basis. The HR Intern may be able to use the work experiences towards university/college credit.
Qualifications:
Desired Education and Experience:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Skills and Abilities:

- Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.

Desired:
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Applicant Tracking software systems
