Allocator Intern

Gilder, Gagnon, Howe & Co., a dynamic investment firm with a long history of risk-taking and thought leadership, is seeking rising seniors who are skilled relationship builders and capable do-ers who derive great satisfaction from a job well done. If you’re looking to join a vibrant company with a growth mindset and a creative, social orientation, GGHC may be the right choice for you. We are looking for optimistic and competent individuals who can take a comprehensive perspective and approach questions from a problem-solving perspective. The position is in-person—either full-time for the summer, or part-time during the semester for those in school locally.

Interns will work closely with the firm’s allocators, whose responsibilities include navigating client relationships and trade execution on behalf of the firm and its portfolio managers. This will be a tremendous learning opportunity to experience and contribute to the collaborative behind-the-scenes efforts that keep a financial organization running smoothly.

This internship is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and don’t shy away from the everyday challenges of making things happen. We’re a firm that celebrates a diversity of experiences and perspectives—prior experience or academic study in finance is not required.
