Logistics Coordinator Intern
Ready to join a leading 3PL Freight brokerage firm? The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in customer orders and service requests. You get to work with all players in the supply chain and learn logistics at a national level.
What you get to do
- Process customer logistics service orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse, QC, packing and transportation planning teams to fulfill customer's requests
- Resolve customer concerns with effective communication, excellent order management and customer service
- Schedule delivery appointments for outbound transportation orders
What you need
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have high attention-to-detail
- Previous experience in produce and logistics industry
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Previous customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively with customers via email and phone
