Risk Business Analysis and Development Associate

As an Associate for Risk Business Analysis & Development, you will join our agile Product team to develop automated solutions used by our Risk community at JPMorgan Chase & Co that improves oversight, management and controls for our Risks Assets.

• Support on-going Risk SharePoint development by partnering with the business to identify requirements, implement new solutions or enhancements, integrate data, support testing and documentation as well as providing user support.

• Drive innovation with stakeholders during agile development sessions to create new or improve existing processes

• Work with other teams that need access to our data through technical means

• Participate in cross-functional communications with Risk Management, Technology, and other Product Owners to inform the current learnings and incorporate strategic initiatives

• Create and maintain documentation in accordance with our audit and controls needs

• Drive solutions through our technical teams by leveraging the agile process to develop, prioritize and deliver for our partners

• Work with other teams and multi-task on projects to summarize and synthesize data and present recommendations to the businesses in a clear and logical manner

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)

• 4+ years of experience

• Intermediate to Advance knowledge of SharePoint

• Basic knowledge of Confluence and JIRA 

• Experience with Alteryx and/or Tableau preferred

• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills

• Detail oriented

• Ability to probe requirements to make sure they are complete and recommend additional enhancements or alternative solutions

• Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted business partner
