Position Summary:
NAVEX is seeking a results-driven Customer Growth Marketing Manager. This role will lead the definition and creation of integrated demand generation marketing campaigns with a focus on generating revenue from our customers, including management of campaign objectives, target audiences and identify the right marketing mix of tactics to achieve this.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel customer marketing demand generation programs designed to grow lifetime value with the goal of driving customer adoption and additional revenue
  • Partner with our Sales, Customer Success and Customer Advocacy teams to identify key strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives across our customer base
  • Partner with ABX leader to drive account-based experience (ABX) strategies to increase adoption of additional NAVEX solutions
  • Work with Marketing Operations to maintain and improve customer scoring model via automated demand campaigns that drive engagement and leads
  • Execute A/B testing campaigns to drive in-product lead conversion
  • Build global thought leadership content and planning via email nurture workflows that drive awareness and educate the customer on how to achieve their objectives
  • Communicate project health to stakeholders and facilitate issue mitigation across teams
  • Partner with our Marketing Analyst to measure progress in increasing multi-product adoption across our customer base and effectiveness, adjusting campaign tactics as needed

What You Will Need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred, or equivalent work-related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, leading and managing campaigns
  • Experience and proficiency in multichannel content creation and managing customer campaigns to install base to drive incremental revenue
  • Experience designing and hands-on execution of demand generation campaigns aligned with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to generate revenue
  • Strong leadership, relationship and persuasion skills, demonstrating a positive attitude and focus on teamwork
  • Experience in Agile marketing with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment and across a matrixed organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
