Position Summary:
As our Associate Talent Development Manager, you will help design and deliver best-in-class learning and leadership experiences. You will work in close partnership with our technology and product teams, along with other key business stakeholders. In this high-impact role, you will develop and manage programs to support the learning, growth and career development of our extraordinary team members across the globe!

What You Will Do:
- Epitomize a commitment to developing people to do and be more
- Create and communicate strategic plans that support our product and technology teams in growing their capabilities to develop powerful solutions
- Design and deliver impactful learning programs related to career development, competency modeling, and other various experiences to grow our talent
- Support and curate technical skill upleveling learning opportunities and sessions
- Facilitate experiences with an engaging, motivational style that inspires possibility in others
- Manage the entirety of program needs from design to delivery
- Optimize current methodologies, tools and practices to ensure outstanding program results
- Measure, monitor, analyze and report the business impact of training and learning experiences
- Nimbly adjust and adapt to business needs in an exciting, evolving, fast-moving environment
- Collaborate with your Talent Development team to support organization-wide programs and impact
What You Will Need:
- A degree in Learning and Development, Education or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of professional training experience
- A passion for honing your technical acumen
- A proven track record of developing and delivering impactful programs that inspire others
- The ability to help build an inclusive and irresistible workplace experience for others
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills to drive multiple priorities
- The ability to manage change (including last minute!)
- Comfort functioning independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
