Facilities Maintenance Project Coordinator - Park Hyatt Beaver Creek

The Facilities Maintenance Project Coordinator will be responsible primarily for assisting the maintenance department personel, scheduling 3rd party vendors, dispatching calls, and handling office/clerical work. This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering, handling guest and condominium owner inquiries, tracking departmental expenses, inventory control, contract administration, and maintaining communication to all departments of the hotel, especially housekeeping, the front office and finance. 

The budgeted rate for this position starts at $18.50 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications - External
  • Great personal/communications skills required.
  • Knowledge of computer skills to include email, MS Office, maintenance management systems.
  • Ability to create presentation materials.
  • Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of contract administration and insurance requirements.
  • Hotel/Resort experience preferred.
