HR & Recruiting Intern

This is a paid internship that will support both the HR and Recruiting functions. The successful candidate must be able to commit to at least 40 hours per week. This internship is open to individuals who have already graduated and is a hybrid (in-office and remote) position.
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven intern to assist our department with administrative and HR/Recruiting-related tasks.
This is an internship but might transition to a full-time position for the right candidate.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Prepare HR and Recruiting related reports as needed.
  • Learn about the company's HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related information to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
  • Assist HR team with Form I-9 compliance.
  • Assist with processing personnel action in the HR Information System (new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc.).
  • Assist recruiters with preparing job postings and sourcing for candidates.
  • Coordinates interviews and prepares offer letters.
  • Ensures candidates are dispositioned appropriately in applicant tracking system.
  • Assists with HR and Recruiting special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field of study.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for learning with a wide degree of creativity and curiosity.

Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
