If you are a student looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Mt. Pleasant, WI location, your responsibilities may include:
- CRM Management - inputting account data and assisting in qualifying leads from product demand generation campaigns
- Assisting project management and sales with demo installations of Instant Warm Handwash
- Performing competitive research – collecting information on competitor marketing, pricing, products and services
- Assisting marketing managers and product managers
- Gathering and analyzing data related to commercial foodservice market conditions
- Assisting marketing managers with a variety of other projects to get exposure to other functions within marketing
- Streamlining the wholesale SPIFF incentive program process for submitting/approving invoice claims and creating a dashboard for monthly reporting.
- Assisting with marketing literature and display resource center platform, conducting top-to-bottom review of all applicable materials available, updating images and attributes, and assisting with development, review, and editing of new collateral
- Providing support with eLearning platform, streamlining registration process and user administration, exploring tactics to increase engagement and training track completion rate, developing a calendar for future courses, and assisting with developing and executing new product training courses
- Assisting with the development of advertising media plan, reviewing trade media and other industry opportunities, providing recommendations, and updating media calendar
- Develop tradeshow and events calendar and assist with planning and development of assets needed to support various shows and events
Basic Requirements:
- Undergraduate Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Ability to work 40 hours/week
- Strong grammar and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proofreading and copy editing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
Preferred Requirements:
- Undergraduate Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Junior or Senior class status

Flexible Work Schedule
This role has the flexibility of a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.
