Human Resources Intern

Job Responsibilities:
You will join the global human resources department of Lenovo Group. As a strong support for Lenovo's performance growth and business transformation, we provide industry-leading human resources consulting for organizations and employees. The specific internship directions are as follows:
1. HRBP direction: You will participate in the human resources management of the business, assist HRBP in daily work, support the implementation of the group's human resources strategic projects, and give full play to your creativity in the planning, art, and publicity of HR activities with special features of each department. ,show the talent;
2. Organizational development direction: You will deeply participate in global organizational development related projects, such as talent market, organizational talent inventory, global executive forum, etc., to expand global vision, learn cutting-edge human resource management concepts, and work with industry leaders. to support your professional development;
3. Training direction: You will assist course designers in course development in the direction of business management and intelligent transformation, participate in courseware sorting and optimization, data management, etc., support course development project management, organize and implement training courses; or support group The training project for fresh graduates and the training project for the new generation of employees in the workplace, assist in the implementation of various training and activities, create rich new media content, and provide suggestions for expanding internal and external publicity channels to better build brand influence;
4. Recruitment direction: a. Social recruitment direction:Participate in the recruitment team to conduct talent searching, talent pool maintenance. Assist recruiters to shortlist resumes, telephone communication and other recruitment activities; b. College recruitment direction: Support Lenovo campus recruitment throughout the process of Project planning and execution, including theme planning, online promotion, interview support, offer communication, online and offline activities execution support, etc.

job requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in human resource management, psychology, marketing, journalism and communication, English are preferred;
2. Meticulous, rigorous and responsible in work, strong learning and communication skills;
3. Proficient in using Excel, PPT, Word and other office software; experienced in video editing, graphic processing, public account operators is preferred;
4. Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Can working in English environment to conduct daily communication with overseas teams are preferred;
5. Experienced in orginize on-campus and off-campus activities or have relevant internship experience are preferred;
