Edge AI Algorithm Researcher

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the direction of pre-training models, you will be responsible for the design generation and model selection of pre-training models through advanced algorithms
2. Participate in the small sample learning direction, you will have the opportunity to participate in the core algorithm and implementation of small sample learning, and realize model update through lifelong learning
3. Participate in the direction of model hardware optimization. You will have the opportunity to participate in the research and development of full-stack hardware + model combination optimization, and provide users with algorithms and tools for implementation.
4. You will participate in the work of cross-team cooperation, communicate and interact with professional colleagues in the fields of vision, speech, NLP, intelligent data analysis, etc., and make progress together

job requirements:
1. Master degree or above in computer science, electronic engineering, applied mathematics or other related majors in machine learning, artificial intelligence, operations research optimization, etc.
2. Have basic training and knowledge on programming, data structures, statistics, mathematical models, machine learning, deep learning and algorithm theory
3. Strong algorithm implementation ability, proficient in Python and C++ for statistical analysis and algorithm development, used common machine learning or deep learning architectures, such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc. Experience in deep learning development and application is preferred. Develop and implement rapid prototyping system with familiar and simple interactive interface
4. Understand TensorRT and TF-TRT high-performance reasoning, as well as high-performance reasoning, as well as neural network model neural network model miniaturization, miniaturization, lightweight and other technologies
5. Good learning and communication skills, able to accurately understand complex issues; at the same time, able to independently consult English literature and technical documents, and summarize technical achievements
