Breakthrough Fellowship Program – Accounting/Tax​

This program is designed to enhance our pipeline of diverse talent of leaders. Applicants for the Breakthrough Fellowship Program 10-week internship and intend to pursue their Master of Business Administration degree (MBA), or Master of Public Health (MPH) degree consistent with the time requirements of the program.

Applicants for the Breakthrough Fellowship Program 10-week internship and intend to pursue their Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) consistent with the time requirements of the program.

There is one position for consideration in this posting – Global Tax Department. 
Breakthrough Fellow – Accounting/Tax Internship – Assist the Internal Corporate Global Tax Department with the preparation of international tax calculations and associated working papers for the US Corporate income tax return in a flexible work environment for a Fortune 100 company. Assist with the preparation of US based International Information Return Forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and various accounting work papers. As part of the International Tax Team, provide support for tax accounting projects as needed. Utilize the web-based Thomson Reuters OneSource tax compliance software.  
Qualifications 
  • Current Junior in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related coursework with a graduation date of Dec ‘22 or Spring 2023.  
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills and ability to learn and utilize other systems/software, computer skills proficiency is essential
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and accurately work with numbers, deadlines, and details
  • Min GPA 3.0
