The Business Office Part time assistant is responsible for assisting in various duties within the Business Office pertaining to Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable Research, Accounts Payable audit documentation, and Customer Service. This position will receive supervision and training from the Director of the Busniess Office.
High school diploma. Ability to work with confidential information. Strong verbal, written, organizational and team skills. proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to present professional image.
Associates degree or pursuing a degree, and all of above stated qualifications plus clerical or administrative experience at a postsecondary or nonprofit institution
