Business Analyst Intern
The Business Analyst Intern will work with our full-time IT Business Analysts for training and mentoring. They, along with their mentor, are responsible for gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements used to design and develop technology solutions using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Responsibilities:

· Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
· Perform research and analysis in support of project/team assignments
· Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
· Assist in gathering and analyzing data and evaluating solutions
· Collaborate with IT and business team members to synthesize complex information into actionable requirements or stories.
· Leverage a variety of standard Business Analysis tools and techniques
· Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization
· Perform other responsibilities as assigned
