Associate Advisor | Wealth Advisors
BKD Wealth Advisors, LLC, a nationally recognized Registered Investment Advisor, and wholly owned subsidiary of BKD, LLP a national CPA and Advisory firm, is seeking to add a Wealth Management professional to serve as an Associate Advisor who will assist senior wealth management advisors in working with high-net worth families in our BKD Private Client practice.
Role Responsibilities:
· Support a Wealth Management team of advisors serving affluent families
· Assist families in creating comprehensive wealth management strategies including:
· Financial Planning
· Retirement Planning
· Investment Management
· Education Planning
· Estate & Legacy Planning
· Survivor Assistance
· Develop/maintain in-depth expertise and global knowledge of wealth management services
· Coordinate & work on multiple, concurrent client projects & complete assignments with minimal supervision
· Actively support business development activities to identify, pursue & acquire new clients
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree is required: Financial planning degree preferred
· May 2022 grad or up to two years’ experience
· CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation, a plus, but not required initially
· Requires an individual who is a self-starter
· Must be passionate about serving clients
· Familiarity with the financial planning process is desired
· Ability to effectively communicate with clients and simplify the complex
· Ability to work in a team environment is required
· Some travel required
