Senior .NET Developer | GEICO

Senior .NET Developer for Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) to work at our Indianapolis, IN loc. May telecommute up to one day a week and more frequently as necessary.

Perform complex .NET app analysis, design, unit testing, implementation, + maintenance activities under minimal direction. Diagnose + correct application + infrastructure issues. Manage application security vulnerabilities + maintain compliance w/ industry security standards. Research + eval new software, frameworks, + techniques to provide recommendations to the division + training to other developers + perform code reviews.

Document + maintain application reqs + technical specs. May undergo background checks incl. drug screen and credit check. Occasional weekend support.

Must have Bach in Comp Sci or related field; 2 yrs relevant exp in .NET, Visual Studio and C#; and either 2 yrs ASP.NET or 6 months.NET Core. Alternatively, must have 4 yrs relevant exp in .NET, Visual Studio and C#; and either 4 yrs ASP.NET or 6 months .NET Core.
