~ Compensation - $32500 - $46500 per annum including base pay, bonuses and commission.

Job Description

As part of our ever growing team we are looking for dedicated CSR’s who are eager to go above and beyond for our clients. You will be interacting with our current customers and assisting in the promotions of our clients brands. Forming a strong and trusted relationship with the clients is a must so good communication skills is paramount. 

General Duties ~ May include but not limited too:  

  • Identifying customer needs 
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Maintaining accurate records 
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all 
  • Working alongside sales teams to increase production and promotions 
  • Processing orders and transactions 
  • Answers questions and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Resolving issues with clients and customers 

Essential Requirements

  • Candidates need to be over the age of 18.
  • Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office in Chicago, IL 60602, Please not this is NOT a remote position.
  • Candidates must have permission to work in the USA. We are not currently providing sponsorship.
