Calling all Customer Service professionals! KSS Enterprises is hiring an Account Coordinator! Account Coordinators work directly with our Sales Consultants to provide the best customer experience possible, every time. Below are some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role:
● Responsible for aspects of the sales process including accessing needs, creating quotes, bids, letters, and presentation materials to support Sales Consultants.
● Keeping customer files updated and organized- Attention to detail is so important!
● Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software programs- Being computer savvy is a huge plus!
● Assist customers in the showroom and over the phone- Excellent communication skills are a must!
