This role provides opportunities to discover new technologies and work with P&G global teams. You will provide strategic advantage and front end innovation for our businesses. Your knowledge will coordinate and direct all facets of the problem management effort, including bringing the right teams, tools, and information together.
 
Responsibilities
 
    * Leads the incident and problem management by influencing P&G partners, vendors and leaders to drive solutions, simplification and improvements
    * Plans, implements and controls processes to manage continuous data quality, and ensure internal and external partners receive accurate data on time
    * Drives Root Cause Analysis by working with internal/external business and technical teams when outages occur
    * Provides first level and second level support for resolution of master data incidents
    * Manages process for communicating outage/emergency activities to the organization
    * Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT about incident status in a timely manner
    * Requires governance of key ITIL processes such as incident management, change management, problem management, issue management, capacity and performance management and operational Key Performance Indicator reporting and analytics.
 
Job Qualifications
 
Qualifications
    * Bachelor degree and/or work experience
    * Intermediate excel: You will have to constantly use excel and put information quickly together to support others. At minimum experience in VLOOKUP’s, basic formulas and pivots are needed.
    * Basic SAP experience or similar experience. You will have to troubleshoot different services and environments, so basic knowledge navigating SAP (i.e. tables, modules, settings) is needed.
    * Experience in Power BI is preferred
