Senior Analyst, Performance - Healthline Media

The Performance Team is within the Direct Ad Sales group at Healthline. We're responsible for driving Healthline's growth through monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing against data to remain a best-in-class performer. We love data, enjoy solving problems, are solution-oriented, and have a fun time getting there.

As a Sr. Analyst on the team, you will be responsible for client reporting and providing actionable insights to drive success and to prove the effectiveness of our client programs while closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop client reports via Data Studio/Tableau and other custom reports based on media metrics, goals and KPIs (including managing, maintaining and providing ongoing reports to clients)
  • Work extensively with data sets from a variety of data sources (DCM, GAM, Google Analytics, comScore, Crossix, IQVIA) to ensure the timely adjustment/optimization of campaigns while providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams to develop strategies for scaled display media programs and 1P data product offerings
  • Develop ad hoc reports and analysis from google analytics, DCM/GAM and other analytics platforms data as needed
  • Prescriptive/predictive analytics leveraging 1P data as well as 3rd Party Advanced Analytics data from IQVIA, Crossix, comScore and Symphony

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a professional environment; in media, analytics, data science, advertising, or digital
  • Understanding of basic digital marketing/media concepts & media math
  • Experience with mathematics, or statistics
  • Experience in cleaning, manipulating large data sets, and building models for data analyses and forecasting using R, SQL, Regression and Correlation Models, Scenario Analysis, ROI calculations. Basic knowledge of programming code is a plus
  • Proven track record collaborating across functions to drive results
  • Use of Google Analytics, DCM, GAM, Segment, JW Player, Teads or other analytic or data management platforms
  • Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Data Studio or any other data visualization tools
