Revit and AutoCAD Technician (Entry-Level)

Revit and AutoCAD Technician

Employment Type: Full-time regular
 
Seeking an ambitious and talented structural/architectural drafting technician. The Revit and AutoCAD Technician assists the project manager, architect, and/or engineer in the planning, scheduling and coordination of technical support for projects. This primarily entails preparation of Revit models and AutoCAD drawings, but can also include shop drawing review, field data collection, and other support functions.
 
Responsibilities
1. Prepares project drawings and construction documents in adherence with Walkers BIM/CADD/Drafting standards and industry standards.
2. Applies standard practices and techniques in specific situations.
4. Coordinates drawings with internal clients.
5. Assists in field evaluation/information gathering assignments as required.  
 
Qualifications
1. Associates degree in engineering, architecture, or drafting
2. Candidate should have experience in construction document production and be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
3. 0-2 years of technical support preferred.
4. Candidates with in-depth understanding of structural concrete or architectural design fundamentals preferred.
5. Good communication, writing skills, and interpersonal skills required.
