Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Role + Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates (current hiring needs and future talent pipelines).
- Coordination of multiple Talent Acquisition processes including scheduling of interviews and various candidate assessments.
- Implement extensive searching, networking, and screening techniques and leverage online recruiting resources (LinkedIn, in-house applicant tracking system, etc.).
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates for various positions.
- Work with our representative sales channel partner companies and sister companies to post positions and source candidates as needed.
Qualification + Profile
- Completing Bachelor’s degree in any field of study, Human Resources preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a multi-location level.
- Experience excelling in a fast-paced environment where there is high volume of tasks and priorities shifting continuously.
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Temporary Position Details
- Hybrid (remote and in-office) position
- 15-25+ hours per week
- Assignment is open-ended
