Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Role + Responsibilities 
  • Source qualified candidates (current hiring needs and future talent pipelines). 
  • Coordination of multiple Talent Acquisition processes including scheduling of interviews and various candidate assessments. 
  • Implement extensive searching, networking, and screening techniques and leverage online recruiting resources (LinkedIn, in-house applicant tracking system, etc.). 
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates for various positions. 
  • Work with our representative sales channel partner companies and sister companies to post positions and source candidates as needed. 
Qualification + Profile 
  • Completing Bachelor’s degree in any field of study, Human Resources preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a multi-location level. 
  • Experience excelling in a fast-paced environment where there is high volume of tasks and priorities shifting continuously. 
  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation. 
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. 
Temporary Position Details
  • Hybrid (remote and in-office) position
  • 15-25+ hours per week
  • Assignment is open-ended
